News: "Oustanding," "Smart," and Never "Rattled" Heather Thuet Obtains Verdict for C&J Client
“Outstanding,” “smart,” and never “rattled” C&J trial attorney Heather Thuet recently obtained a favorable verdict for her client in a hard-fought medical malpractice trial.  Following closing argument, Judge Paul Parker ruled immediately from the bench in favor of Heather’s client.  Heather’s client was thrilled with the results, stating:

Heather did an excellent job with this case.  She is an outstanding attorney.  She’s smart.  She thinks quickly and is good at reacting to the spontaneous challenges of trial.  I’ve never seen her rattled.  She developed a good rapport with the judge and it was easy to see that he respected her.  She was exceptional at eliciting the information she needed from both friendly and hostile witnesses.  We are fortunate that she is on our side instead of the other side.

Congratulations Heather on this tremendous result.
