News: Ten C&J Attorneys Named as Mountain States Super Lawyers - Rising Stars
Christensen & Jensen is proud to announce that 10 attorneys from our firm have been selected for inclusion in the 2020 Mountain States Super Lawyers publication.  Of the 10 attorneys recognized, 2 were recognized as Mountain States Rising Stars. 

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, selects outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas throughout the United States who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. Only the top 5 percent of attorneys in each state are honored as Super Lawyers in this annual list, and the Rising Star selection is limited to only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys, according to Super Lawyers’ website.

Anna Christiansen and Karra Porter Present a Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Clients Who Cannot Afford Bail
Attorneys Karra Porter and Anna Christiansen have filed a class-action lawsuit against two judges for unaffordable bail. Southern Utah judges Ann Marie Mciff Allen and Jeremiah Humes were listed as the defendants in the lawsuit. They are being sued for declaratory relief.
