News: Mary Corporon Quoted in Deseret News Regarding Common Law Marriage Law
Mary Corporon was again quoted by local news outlets regarding the law surrounding common law marriage in the state of Utah.  When common law marrige was first accepted in the state, it was used to help people become legally married.  Now the law is used mainly to attempt to demonstrate that a marriage relationship existed for legal purposes after a couple separates.  May Corporon is a respected authority on high profile divorce situations and is experienced in family law.

Anna Christiansen and Karra Porter Present a Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Clients Who Cannot Afford Bail
Attorneys Karra Porter and Anna Christiansen have filed a class-action lawsuit against two judges for unaffordable bail. Southern Utah judges Ann Marie Mciff Allen and Jeremiah Humes were listed as the defendants in the lawsuit. They are being sued for declaratory relief.
