News: Thirteen Attorneys from C&J named as 2019 Utah 'Legal Elite'
Thirteen Attorneys from Christensen & Jensen have been named "Legal Elite" by Utah Business Magazine for 2019.  Utah Legal Elite is a listing of top attorneys as voted by their peers.  Active members of the Utah State Bar are invited to cast votes for their peers whom they consider the state's best attorneys.  We are proud to announce that this year's list includes half of the firm members here at Christensen & Jensen! Anna Christiansen and Karra Porter Present a Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Clients Who Cannot Afford Bail
Attorneys Karra Porter and Anna Christiansen have filed a class-action lawsuit against two judges for unaffordable bail. Southern Utah judges Ann Marie Mciff Allen and Jeremiah Humes were listed as the defendants in the lawsuit. They are being sued for declaratory relief.
