News: Sarah Spencer appointed to the Utah Appellate Roster for Criminal and Juvenile Delinquency Appeals
The Chair of Utah's Standing Committee on Appellate Representation recently informed our own Sarah Spencer that the Comittee and the Board of Appellate Court Judges have appointed her to the Utah Appellate Roster for Criminal Appeals and Juvenile Delinquency Appeals.  The appointment is for a two year term.  Our sincerest congratulations to Sarah for her commitment to providing effective appellate representation to those who would otherwise not be able to afford representation to the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals.  Her work in this area will be of immeasurable value to those she serves.
