News: Steve Kelson's research on violence against attorneys cited by ABA Journal
Since 2006 Steve Kelson has been collecting survey data from state bar association members across the U.S.  Steve does this in addition to his full-time business litigation practice at Christensen & Jensen, and has helped the ABA Journal compile national numbers about lawyer's experiencing some kind of threat or violence. The analysis shows that 88.7% of all lawyers are affected to some degree with family law showing higher rates than other areas of practice.  The recognition by the ABA Journal of Steve's hard work is well deserved.
