News: Sarah Spencer Presents to Plenary Session of the Utah State Bar’s Spring Convention
Sarah Spencer presented to a plenary session of the Utah State Bar’s Spring Convention on March 17, 2022. She was joined in her presentation by Justice Paige Petersen, Utah Supreme Court, Professor Anna Carpenter, University of Utah, Virginia Sudbury, a prominent solo practice lawyer, and moderator Michelle Oldroyd, director of legal education for the Utah State Bar. The topic was “Toward a More Perfect Union: The Constitution and the Rule of Law in Times of Change.”
