Tyler joined Christensen & Jensen in 2009. At Christensen & Jensen, Tyler’s practice has focused exclusively on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, land use, personal injury defense, and workers compensation. Tyler is also recognized for his skill in drafting motions, oppositions, and appellate briefs. Before joining the firm, Tyler interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, assisting federal prosecutors at every stage of the criminal process, and with the Hon. Robert C. Jones, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, assisting the court in civil litigation matters. Tyler was named to Utah Business Magazines "Up & Coming" Attorneys List every year from 2015 to the present.

Represented governmental entity in state court challenge to validity of certain fees
Represented governmental entity in claim involving private party’s closure of a road
Represented landowners in property dispute with their neighbors regarding irrigation ditch

Personal injury defense: Represents private individuals and entities in personal injury actions brought by plaintiffs. Representative matters include:

Defended bathtub manufacturer in product liability claim
Defended installer of water heater in carbon monoxide poisoning claim
Defended general contractor in claim involving injuries resulting from construction accident

Workers compensation: Represents employers in workers’ compensation claims brought by employees. Representative matters include:

Defended family fruit farm in claim involving medical expenses and total temporary disability benefits
Defended mineral exploration company in claim involving future medical care and total temporary disability benefits
