Richard joined Christensen & Jensen as an associate in 2022. His practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of business litigation, professional liability, personal injury, insurance defense, and appeals in both state and federal courts. He has broad legal experience beyond civil litigation in areas such as corporate and securities law, sports law, intellectual property, and criminal law, and was honored to intern with the Honorable David R. Hamilton where he gained a valuable behind-the-bench perspective that benefits those he represents in and out of court.
Richard is a Utah native and graduated cum laude from Utah State University in 2018. Richard attended law school at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He graduated with High Honors in 2022. While in law school, Richard was a finalist in the Traynor Moot Court Competition and competed on the National Moot Court team.
