Our plaintiffs’ personal injury attorneys have significant experience handling large catastrophic personal injury cases. Our attorneys’ ability to litigate, try, and appeal cases ultimately redound to our clients’ benefit in the form of timely and significant settlements. Insurance Claims & Disputes:

Christensen & Jensen’s insurance claims and disputes attorneys are especially skilled at handling all insurance-related issues. Our insurance claims and disputes attorneys have handled litigating denials of, or delays in, coverage or bad faith insurance practices, compelling the defense of a liability claim, compelling contribution by an insurer to a settlement, responding to reservation of rights letters, and demanding separate counsel for the insured.

Appeals:

Christensen & Jensen’s appellate attorneys have enjoyed high rates of success in the Utah appellate courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Because our appellate attorneys are also trial lawyers, they are uniquely positioned to evaluate and handle a case from beginning to end. Some firms may only handle trials or appeals, which can oftentimes blunt the sight of the attorneys involved. Christensen & Jensen prides itself on its ability to see a case from all perspectives, whether at the trial court level, the court of appeals level, or the supreme court level. https://www.chrisjen.com/Practice-Appeals
