News: Sarah Spencer Named to Forty Under 40 List by Utah Business
C&J attorney Sarah E. Spencer has been recognized by Utah Business for inclusion in its "Forty Under 40" program. The Forty Under 40 program honors Utah’s up-and-coming professionals rising through the ranks at record speed, or those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, created technology with a major impact in a certain industry or market, or who have themselves created an industry or market for a particular product. On February 23, 2017, Utah Business will honor its Forty Under 40 program honorees at its annual event hosted at the Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. Karra Porter was interviewed today by Global Competition Review in Washington, D.C., about the antitrust implications of competing bids to buy the Chicago Sun Times.  Karra was lead counsel in the antitrust lawsuit that facilitated last year’s purchase of the Salt Lake Tribune by local owners.
