News: Eric Jenkins Participates in Mass Torts Panel Discussion at 2016 Fall Forum

Following a screening of the movie Erin Brockovich at the opening night of the 2016 Fall Forum, C&J attorney Eric K. Jenkins participated in a panel discussion regarding mass tort litigation and how those cases can pose unique challenges, whether you are a solo practitioner, mid-size law firm, or a larger firm. Eric posed several questions to the other panel members about how they would handle a mass tort case if it came into their office, and provided insight into his experience with these types of cases. People say they’ve gambled away tens of thousands of dollars at a Utah laundromat. A new law will go into effect to crack down on shops using legal loopholes to get away with what’s called “fringe gambling.”
