News: Ruth Shapiro and Jeremy Stuart Obtain Defense Verdict in Matter Involving Allegations of Negligent Entrustment

C&J trial attorneys Ruth A. Shapiro and Jeremy S. Stuart recently obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client after a 2 week jury trial in Millard County, Utah. The matter involved an allegation of negligent entrustment of a tractor to a minor. The trial involved over 20 witnesses, including both fact and expert testimony.
