News: Nate Alder Becomes Charter Member of Utah State Bar's Community Association Section
C&J's Nathan D. Alder became a charter member of the Utah State Bar's Community Association Section. The new Community Association Section held its organizational meeting, elected officers, and set its agenda for the year at its first meeting earlier this month. The initial meeting of the Community Association Section brought together like-minded practitioners aimed at helping to improve the landscape for HOA clients, members of associations, and policy makers in this rapidly developing and important area of the law. Nate litigates and mediates in this area of the law.
