News: Nate Alder and Sarah Spencer Resolve Pair of Wrongful Death Cases
C&J attorneys Nathan D. Alder and Sarah E. Spencer recently resolved a pair of wrongful death cases.  The first case was resolved in favor of an international client suffering the loss of a beloved son. The case involved complex, legal, relationship, and procedural issues. The second case involved the defense of claims against Nate and Sarah's product manufacturing client. At issue in the case were defenses of spoliation, liability, and causation. Great work Nate and Sarah on resolving theses cases for your clients.
