PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Geoff is a shareholder in the firm’s Product Liability and Commercial Litigation sections. Geoff has extensive experience in product liability, construction defect, commercial and personal injury litigation.

AREAS OF PRACTICE Product Liability: Geoff has been responsible for the national and statewide representation of major manufactuerers and distributors in product liability litigation. This litigation has included a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, helicopters, aircrafts, recreational equipment, farm equipment and heavy machinery used in construction. He has also managed asbestos and other mass tort litigation for numerous companies in Utah.
Construction: Geoff has extensive experience representing architects, engineers, and contractors in construction defect litigation. He has also served as mediator on a number of construction defect claims.
Personal Injury: Geoff has handled many personal injury cases including premises liability, worksite, farm, and automobile cases. Geoff is Utah panel counsel for several large insurers.
Dispute Resolution: Geoff has served as mediator on a number of cases. He has also repesented parties at mediations and arbitrations in numerous cases.
