PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Scott is a Shareholder and Director at the firm. Scott has been Managing Director of the firm since January 1, 2007. He has experience in litigation and trial work in many areas of the law. This includes insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, personal injury litigation, malpractice/professional liability, construction and construction defect, and Fair Debt Collection Practices. Scott enjoys dealing with cases that involve complex medical and legal issues. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Scott practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada where he was house counsel for two insurance companies and was an associate at a smaller general practice firm. While practicing in Nevada, he was also appointed as a panel arbitrator in the Court Annexed Mandatory Non-Binding Arbitration Program for the Clark County Court System
